1. What we use
Essential: session and authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in, protect the site, and complete bookings or payments.
Preferences: language, city, or UI choices if you set them on the website.
Analytics: aggregate traffic and crash data so we can keep the service reliable. We do not sell this information.
Payments: Razorpay and similar processors may set their own cookies when you pay online. Those are governed by their policies.
2. Mobile apps
The Fasty-24 apps store a login token, saved addresses, and notification settings on your device. That is not a browser cookie. You can clear it by signing out or uninstalling the app. To delete your account and server-side data, use the account deletion page.
3. Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may stop login, checkout, or booking from working. Device-level controls (notifications, location) are in your phone settings.
